classically trained, lived in Europe and worked for some of the best restaurants in the world. Ready to create memories that will last a lifetime.

I wanted to be a chef since I was 10 years old, my grandpa and my godmother were my biggest influences. My grandpa taught me how to garden and choose the best produce. My godmother was the entertainer, no matter what holiday or celebration it was at her house, so I found one of the best culinary schools in the world. I am a classically trained chef from Johnson & Wales University I helped cater the World Cup in Germany and worked with one of the best chefs in Ireland, I was also one of the opening staff at Addison Southern California’s only 3 Michelin starred restaurant.
