I am a professional chef with 8 years experience in the restaurant industry. Growing up my mom thought me how to cook. I loved helping her in the kitchen. In 2014 I started my career as a dish washer at crackle barrel. Within 3 months I was promoted to Grill cook. In 2015 I went to culinary school at Columbus community college. There I worked under head chefs while going to school. I left school my senior year due to mental health reasons, but still stayed in the restaurant field after stepping away for a year. I moved back to my home town where I currently work as a line chef at a fine dining Italian restaurant. I am a 2016 American culinary federation Columbus chapter students culinary competition bronze medalist. In 2015 I received my manger level Servsafe certification. In 2020 I recertificed my Servsafe.
