Hi, my name is Rajasekar Rangaswamy. I am a professional chef with over 22 years of experience in the culinary industry, specializing in Indian cuisine as well as a wide range of international dishes.

I began my career working in renowned star hotels in India, where I developed a strong foundation in traditional Indian cooking, mastering regional flavors, techniques, and authentic preparations. My passion for expanding my culinary knowledge led me to work in the cruise line industry, where I gained valuable experience in international cuisine and high-volume, multicultural kitchen environments.

These experiences have allowed me to become a versatile and well-rounded chef, capable of adapting to different tastes, styles, and service settings. I take pride in creating flavorful, well-balanced dishes that reflect both authenticity and quality.

My goal is to deliver memorable dining experiences through food that is thoughtfully prepared, professionally executed, and tailored to each client’s preferences.
