Self taught chef with over 25 years experience cooking for up to 200 people from private dinners to weddings. Specialize in a wide range of cuisines.
I am a self taught chef. I worked in restaurants for 30 years in every position from dishwasher to general manager. Most of those years I was a bartender, but cooking has always been my passion. I have always focused on hospitality and giving guests an experience. Cooking is the way I show people I care and it’s how I bring people together. I also owned a successful wine shop for 10 years, giving me extensive knowledge in that area.

I taught myself. I watched the old Food Network when the chefs all taught the viewers. I also bought all the textbooks from the culinary schools.
