Miami born, colombian parents, growing up in south florida i fell in love with good food from all types of cultures and ways of life. I love all types of cuisine and love to celebrate life and people by cooking and entertaining. Studied culinary and have been cooking in kitchens since 1999. Specializing in Italian cuisine, pastas and pizzas from neopolitan style to more crispy, no flop ny style pizzas.
