Ciao! I’m Stefania, a Sicilian-born private chef based in Kansas City, Missouri, with over 20 years of culinary experience. My passion for cooking was born in Catania, where I grew up in a family kitchen filled with the aromas of the sea, sun-ripened produce, and time-honored traditions. Those early memories continue to shape my cuisine and my deep respect for authentic flavors.

I specialize in Sicilian and Southern Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh seafood, handmade pasta, rustic sauces, and soulful, comforting dishes prepared with care. Every menu I design reflects my heritage and tells a story — of family gatherings, cultural pride, and the simple joy of sharing a meal.
