In the early 2000’s, with a thirst to discover and learn the rich culture of French cuisine my culinary career began. After more than 9 years working as a chef in France, my husband and I decided to pursue a dream to open our first restaurant in Florida.

In April 2010, we opened our Cook 'in Paris restaurant in Pembroke Pines. We have for 4 years developed a French cuisine based on fresh products and full of flavor.

Now I'm home chef, whatever the occasion, I prepare your meals, your dinners, your buffets, your dining cocktails, your

special receptions (business meals, family gatherings, birthdays, weddings, christenings or anniversaries...)

I will come to you to discuss the menu and the concept of the meal. I can provide you with all extra services you may need, like shopping from the market, waiters/waitresses if required, tidying up and cleaning.

I offer different styles of dining according to your taste and your budget from finger food (a very much appreciated new concept), buffet and seated dining. You can choose between ordinary and gastronomic cuisine, it is up to you.

I really started learning the professional cooking with a friend who owned the restaurant Le Ban des gourmands in Montpellier (France) in the 2000's.

Absolutely incredible meal and experience from Chef Sylvie & her team. I booked her for my bachelorette party (party of 11), and her communication was excellent leading up to the event. She helped guide me through her menu options & accommodated all allergies. She responded promptly & professionally to every message. The day of the meal, she arrived on time & provided printed menus for everyone. She guided us through the meal & served every course on time. The food was all amazing & everyone enjoyed each course. She even added a special birthday cake for a friend celebrating her birthday in addition to a cake for my bachelorette. The clean up was done quickly & efficiently so we could enjoy the rest of our night. I wish I lived in Ft. Lauderdale so I could hire Chef Sylvie again. Highly recommend!

Chef Sylvie and her husband were absolutely amazing. I had asked them to create a seafood menu for my mom’s 50th birthday and didn’t disappoint! Everything from the table prep to the presentation was absolutely perfect. She was so punctual and knew exactly how to course each meal. Overall such an incredible experience and I can’t wait to hire her again! The strawberry cake is a 100/10!!
