I adapt to all situations
In the early 2000’s, with a thirst to discover and learn the rich culture of French cuisine my culinary career began. After more than 9 years working as a chef in France, my husband and I decided to pursue a dream to open our first restaurant in Florida.
In April 2010, we opened our Cook 'in Paris restaurant in Pembroke Pines. We have for 4 years developed a French cuisine based on fresh products and full of flavor.
Now I'm home chef, whatever the occasion, I prepare your meals, your dinners, your buffets, your dining cocktails, your
special receptions (business meals, family gatherings, birthdays, weddings, christenings or anniversaries...)
I will come to you to discuss the menu and the concept of the meal. I can provide you with all extra services you may need, like shopping from the market, waiters/waitresses if required, tidying up and cleaning.
I offer different styles of dining according to your taste and your budget from finger food (a very much appreciated new concept), buffet and seated dining. You can choose between ordinary and gastronomic cuisine, it is up to you.

I really started learning the professional cooking with a friend who owned the restaurant Le Ban des gourmands in Montpellier (France) in the 2000's.
