I have earned my bones in the kitchens of the world, Had my restaurants and bars now I just cook for me and my family.
I was a professional chef for 15 years, worked all over the world. Most notably Chefs; Gordon Ramsay, Rick Stein, Marcus Wareing, Raymond Blanc, and Molecular Gastronomist Heston Blumenthal.
Stateside I opened Feast Bbq with my friend Ryan Rodgers. Plus other ventures
Had a blast did what I wanted to do but I wanted a family so I got out.
