Having the ability to deliver wonderful and tasty products time after time with a smile, I believe in Excellence. Period.
With a passion for cooking since i was 13 years old. And attending Johnson and Wales University for my Baking and Pastry Degree, I believe in making the best products and delivering the best client service. I truly love what i do and work to see the client smile at the end of my service. Satisfaction comes when the plates are empty and all the guest are leaving with smiles on their faces and in their hearts from the great services I provided. I love being in the kitchen and having the chance to be creative to the benefit of others. Making food that people would remember and would not be able to get enough off. I simply enjoy the fact that there will always new ways to taste, cook and explore food and most importantly i get to share my passion and what i learned with my clients via plate or a cake!
