The night went great thanks to chef Andres. The plates were prepared and presented in an incredible fashion and the food was amazing in flavor. Will be using him again in the future. Everything went perfect.

Chef Andres did an amazing job! I worked with him on adjusting the menu prior and he was very flexible with my requests. We were able to add additional guests just a week before and Chef Andres accommodated. The food was amazing! Best filet I have ever had! He brought all of the plates, utensils and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. This works out really nice if you are vacationing in the area and are unsure of what the rental house will provide. We would 100% hire Chef Andres again.

Our experience with Chef Andres was pretty great overall. He was very professional and took his time preparing and then explaining the dish when he served it. The menu we picked was Mediterranean themed and it everything was amazing. He had some technical difficulties with dessert and was unable to fire up the crème Brûlée, but we still loved the flavor. I would definitely recommended him if you’re in the Miami area if you’re looking for good eats!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a meal prepared by Chef Martello. From start to finish, everything was simply wonderful. The flavors were expertly balanced and each dish showcased the chef's creativity and skill. It was truly a memorable dining experience and I would highly recommend this chef to anyone looking for an exceptional culinary experience.

Chef Andres facilitated a warm and engaging experience for us. Not only was the menu spectacular, but so was his energy. His passion for cooking and customer satisfaction is obvious the moment he steps into your home!

Chef Martello was Amazing. Our Mediterranean Menu with Salt Crust baked Branzino was incredibly Delish! He needs and deserves a Star. The Mezze with 4 different spreads exceeded all expectations, our teenagers ate it all ass well as the Saganaki. Plentiful, delicious and beautifully presented. My kitchen was happy to have him. Thank you Chef Martello. I will call again.

Chef Andreas was…can we give six stars? Loved everything he prepared! In particular, the baba ganoush, grilled octopus and grilled branzino were out of this world. He was very attentive and engaging He answered all of our questions. Can’t recommend him more. Reserve him today. You will not regret it.

Chef Andres was incredible. Our meal was perfect. It was perfectly paste over 2 1/2 hours. They just kept bringing food. Everything was absolutely delicious. I was with my family in Miami for my cousin’s wedding. I am moving back to New York City from Los Angeles in April and will definitely be using chef Andres again.
