I have been a professional chef with a strong foundation in French cuisine and pastry. With a versatile and dynamic approach to my craft, I take great joy in creating delicious, healthy, and heartfelt meals that bring people together.
My culinary journey began in Michelin-starred restaurants and prestigious kitchens across France, including Saint Tropez, Nice, Val Thorens, Courchevel, and the renowned Perigord region. Seeking to expand my horizons, I moved to Costa Rica, where I worked as a private chef and later became a restaurant owner, launching my own line of products sold in local stores and cafes.
In 2019, I opened Chez Boyejo in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol—an upscale, artfully designed restaurant located near the iconic Fish Alley (Calle Moncayo). The cuisine blends local ingredients with innovative fusion concepts, with every dish made fresh from scratch.
Since 2022, I have been working as a private and personal chef, continuing to share my passion for cooking by bringing my love of food into the homes and hearts of my clients. Each meal is a reflection of my commitment to excellence, care, and creativity.
Cooking is my passion, and it shines through in every dish I create. As I often say, “Cooking comes from the brain to the heart and expressed through the hands.” This philosophy drives my dedication to delivering memorable culinary experiences.
My work has been featured on various television networks and in newspapers across France, Nigeria, Costa Rica, and Spain. I am also proud to be a recipient of the TripAdvisor Excellence Traveller’s Choice Award in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
