Southern chef with a love for entertaining & creating memorable & delicious dining experiences.
I am a young professional chef from Eastern NC with a background in both pastry & savory cooking, and a HUGE love for entertaining. I specialize in Southern cuisine, luncheons & tea parties, meal prepping, cakes / pastry, and special diet needs.
Most of my professional background is working in farm-to-table & fine dining. I have cooked competitively, on stage at the State Fair, privately, publicly, on water, on land, you name it. After cooking in professional kitchens for several years, I realized that the best part is being able to connect with my community, so now I prefer to work in the private sector.
