Southern chef with a knack for entertaining & a specialty in fine dining cuisine.
I am a young professional chef from Eastern NC with formal education/ experience in both pastry & savory cooking. I was Executive Pastry Chef at Chetola Resort & Spa for several years, and various other professions over the state of NC. I realized after cooking in professional kitchens for several years that I am missing the best part; being able to connect & interact with my guests! I specialize in Southern cuisine, meal prepping, pastry, and special diet needs - but I can do it all! I have been lucky enough to be a guest chef at events all over NC such as the NC Mountain State Fair & was a finalist for Pastry Chef of the Year in 2021.
