My passion for cooking began at a young age, inspired by watching my grandmother and aunts create unforgettable dishes during the holidays and other special family gatherings. Those moments in the kitchen sparked a lifelong love for food and the joy it brings to people.
I took my first steps toward becoming a chef while observing professional cooks in a small family restaurant, an experience that solidified my commitment to the craft. I later pursued formal training at the French Culinary Institute, where I graduated in 2016.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many talented chefs across a variety of cuisines, with a strong foundation in French culinary traditions. My professional experience includes roles at Le Coq Rico, Fleming by Le Bilboquet, Quality Eats, ABC Kitchen, and Ladurée. Most recently, I served as Executive Chef in the opening of La Petite Joie.
Each of these experiences has shaped my culinary perspective and deepened my appreciation for refined, flavorful, and soulful cooking. Through Take a Chef, I aim to bring the warmth and quality of New York City’s dining scene to the comfort of your home—creating memorable meals that connect people through food.
