I am a professional chef with tons of experience. I started my career in Southern California honing in on California cuisine at Chez Mélange, an iconic restaurant in South Bay. I've had my own sushi bar, worked for Iron Chef Morimoto in Manhattan Beach CA, started Kitchensink Chef Services in 2000. I was invited to do a tasting at a private home in Calabasas for Will and Jada Smith and got the gig! Since then I was lucky enough to pick up a few more Hollywood elites like Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear. After a few years of cooking for those kind folks I moved to Las Vegas were I worked with many Chefs like Michael Mina/Stripsteak, Rick Moonen/RM Seafood, Angelo Sosa/Poppyden, Roy Ellemar/Harvest, Sam Marvin/ Echo & Rig and Tom Colicchio/ Heritage Steak. While that was an amazing experience all around I decided to move back to Hawaii where I could share all of my experience and skills with you!
