Passionate chef who loves cooking with locally sourced ingredients. I look for perfection in every dish that will leave a lasting impression.
I’m a passionate/hardworking chef, i fell in love with food while working in New york under chef Dominique Brialy where i was a dishwasher at 18 years old. Once I moved back to Maine I sought out to expand my culinary knowledge and became sous chef of Tuscan table in south Portland Maine. From there I went into become chef de cuisine of north43 bistro where I worked with local fishermen for fresh seafood and local farms for produce.
