I am an Executive Chef who gained a majority of my culinary experience in Austin, TX. I have experience in Texas barbecue, American Gastropub, Italian and modern Mexican. I am capable of creating and executing all types of cuisines. I love to teach in home cooking classes with groups of people, I have experience as a Chef Instructor at Sur La Table, but my favorite thing to do is deliver plated dinners and wonderful culinary experiences. Chef Adrienne did a great job coming up with a menu that would work for a family with a variety of food requests and levels of pickiness for some eaters. Any think I asked, she responded with "no problem" or "I can do that". It was really easy working with her, and her food was fantastic. Our whole family really enjoyed the experience and it was a very fun evening. We had an Italian meal with Chef Adrienne bringing her own pizza oven, salad, pasta, appetizers, garlic bread and molten lava cake. Plenty of food, lots of leftovers and a super clean kitchen when she was finished. Would highly recommend.

Chef Adrienne was fantastic to work with for my birthday party of 11 folks. She took feedback graciously, and thoughtfully incorporated my ideas. The end result fulfilled my vision for a menu that felt like my own creation and that reflected my culinary style. Adrienne is a top notch communicator. She's both punctual and courteous. I also find her very considerate, working in a kitchen that's not her own. She asked great questions. And, she left my space just as she found it. Maybe even a bit more tidy. My guests are still raving. One said, "That was the best pork chop of my life." Another told me she was so delighted by the soup she has been in her kitchen, working to replicate the flavors.
