I am a professional chef with extensive restaurant experience, including serving as a Managing Chef. Having trained under some of Miami’s most respected culinary leaders, I’ve built a strong foundation in technique, leadership, and a wide range of global cuisines.

While my career was shaped in restaurants, my true passion is creating elevated, personalized dining experiences in more intimate settings. Food has always been part of my life. I come from a family of chefs and cooks, and that early exposure turned into a lifelong dedication to the craft.

I focus on designing thoughtful, memorable meals tailored specifically to each client’s preferences, dietary needs, and occasion. Every detail matters, from sourcing quality ingredients to execution and presentation.
