I specialize in creating highly intentional tasting menus using the Northern California abundance as my main anchor. I enjoy discovering the best local ingredients, polishing them using exacting technique and allowing them to tell a cohesive culinary story.
I am highly adept at all levels of fine dining specializing in French, Mexican and Japanese cuisine. I enjoy clean, bold flavor profiles and can also assist or lead at all levels of beverage pairings.
