I am a chef that's worked in all types of kitchen settings for most of my career. I have worked on yachts, small ships, in catering, hotels, restaurants and the occasional family BBq gathering. I have experience cooking for smaller groups of people and families with children, as well as events for adults like, wine pared dinners, cocktail or garden parties. I also have a pastry/baking background and do my own scratch baking. I consider myself a well rounded chef.
