With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary world, I’ve dedicated my career to creating unforgettable dining experiences where every bite delivers flavor, creativity, and balance.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist (N.S.), and I love working with farm-fresh, organic ingredients to craft dishes that are both nourishing and delicious. My style blends Italian and Latin influences—a fusion I call Latalian—where tradition meets innovation in every plate.

Fantastic! Great experience and would rehire.

One of the best meals we've ever had. If you're on the fence whether to hire someone or not, please take this as a sign to do it! Fantastic food that we're still talking about!

Chef Alex was Awesome! He worked with me on small changes to the menu so everyone would be happy. He communicated well on the expectations.

Chef Alex prepared a wonderful meal for my private party at my home. He took care of everything and my guests enjoyed a wonderful meal. The wine pairing was fabulous. I will be hiring him again.
