I am a trained culinary professional who was raised by a chef. I received my culinary education from Johnson and Wales in culinary Nutrition with a bachelor's in clinical dietetics. I have always strived to bring a balance of flavor and nutrition in everything I make. My drive as a culinary professional lie's the ingredients that surround me. It is a privilege to work with the incredible local farms in Maui. Being able to bring bright local flavors to the plate for my guests is my highest priority.
