I am a professional chef with 17 years of experience. I have 3 culinary arts degrees from Auguste Escoffier Institute of culinary arts, as well as a Personal Chef certification. My culinary experience ranges from bar food to restaurant style and expands into personal chef meals for hire, weekly meal prep and menu planning. I cook a variety of diets including gluten and wheat free.
