My experience with Aluizzio was incredible from our first interaction to the last meal. I was impressed with his professionalism off the bat. Aluizzio presented me with multiple menu options and themes, all which looked and sounded delicious. He made special food accommodations for certain guests without even being asked to do so. We were blown away by both the presentation and taste of his delicious food. Not only was Aluizzio a fantastic chef but in the three days we spent with him he was also a fantastic person.
