I've honed my skills both in the front and back of the house, working with acclaimed chefs like Roy Yamaguchi, Daniel Boulud, and Wolfgang Puck. Previously, I served as the Prep Chef at Boom Bang Fine Foods and Cocktails in Henderson, NV, under the guidance of Chef/Owner & Top Chef runner-up Elia Aboumrad.

Currently, I'm proud to be the Sous Chef at The Westin Peachtree/ SunDial restaurant in Buckhead. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of cooking for notable personalities such as Thomas Keller, Hubert Keller, and Steve Aoki. I've also catered to private events for the Las Vegas Raiders and hometown celebrity K-Camp.

My expertise spans a wide range, including overseeing savory production, pastry production, cake decorating, brunch preparation, and open flame grilling. I've showcased my talents on various Food Network programs like Cooks vs. Cons and Supermarket Stakeout. Recently, I emerged as the winner of the breakout series "Best in Dough," now streaming on Hulu.

I have now relocated to the Atlanta area and eager to put the skills I have accumulated over the years to use in a creative and independent Private Chef position in a corporate and professional setting. I aim to further enhance my skills, refine my management techniques, and broaden my culinary knowledge.

Hiring Amanda as our private chef for our anniversary dinner was, without a doubt, the BEST decision we've ever made — and we are STILL talking about it four days later! My husband said "You did your big one with this one, the only way you can top this is with courtside tickets to a basketball game" LOL. From the moment Amanda arrived, she set the tone for an absolutely unforgettable evening. She was punctual, warm, and immediately made us feel at ease in our own home. Her professionalism was evident in every single detail — from the way she organized her workspace to the seamless, almost invisible way she worked throughout the evening, allowing my husband and I to be fully present and enjoy each other's company. But the food? Good God Almighty! Words genuinely fall short. Every dish was a masterpiece — beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. Our favorite was the Garlic Shrimp Bruschetta - my husband had to stop me from eating more so I could still have room for the main course (lol) Amanda didn't just cook a meal; she crafted an entire experience. Each course felt intentional and elevated, the kind of dining you'd expect at a world-class restaurant, yet with an intimacy and personal touch that no restaurant could ever replicate. ON TOP OF THAT (!!!) she had made enough food so that we had leftovers for the next day (which I could only cry out of joy because it was THAT good). She also left leftover ingredients like the pistachio nuts she used for her salad so we could enjoy them for the days to come. Amanda's passion for her craft is undeniable. You can taste the love and expertise in every bite. She turned our anniversary into a truly magical memory that my husband and I will cherish for years to come. If you ever thought about hiring a private chef — definitely do it and book Amanda!!! She is SO talented, and she will absolutely exceed every expectation you have.
