Private chef with 10+ years of experience crafting inventive, seasonal menus that emphasize sustainable ingredients.
I am a professional chef with 11 years in the food and beverage industry. I trained in Italy, where I attended the Italian Chef Academy and stayed in Rome to work in restaurants for several years. I then returned to the DMV, landing my first job at a Michelin Star restaurant called Rose's Luxury. Next, I worked as Sous Chef at Tigerella, later working on the line at it's sister restaurant, Ellē. I took a short break from cooking, working as a nutrition educator for the WIC program and now completing my master's in Sustainable Food Systems at the Culinary Institute of America.
