The dream and I have for cooking, is to see the guest or customers eyes when my plates come around the corner my passion is art in food....
I am a self-taught chef who furthered my culinary education through an online culinary program during the pandemic. Since then, I have served as the Executive Chef at a local restaurant in the Cle Elum/Roslyn area.
Cooking has always been a central part of my life, and I am passionate about the fast pace and intensity of a professional kitchen. While I have cooked for as long as I can remember, I have been working as a chef for approximately ten years. I firmly believe that everything tastes better when it is made from scratch.
My grandmother taught me how to cook when I was young, and although I never imagined I would become a chef or have the opportunity to pursue culinary school, I am proud to have achieved both.
