I am a chef with 27 years of experience. I hold both professional and university-level degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, along with a specialization in Haute Cuisine. I have had the privilege of working at two of the best restaurants in the world: Mugaritz in the Basque Country and Quique Dacosta in Valencia, Spain.

I currently reside in the United States, where I was granted a visa for individuals with extraordinary talent.

I am deeply passionate about my profession and fully dedicated to the art of gastronomy.
