I am a professional Chef of 13 years coming from New York. I attended Culinary School at New York Institute of Technology, completing an Associates in 2007. Traveling to places like the Hamptons and Fire Island, I began my hands-on training. Eventually making it to the city, from Hotel to Private family Restaurants, I then became more interested in the private chef side of the industry. Private catering, meal preparations, as well Private/ Personal Chef became a new obsession for my love of the industry. Making people happy had not only presented a positive but now a direct love of the interaction with customers.
