Aloha. I have been a private chef on Maui, Hawaii working for elite clients since 2008. I have my own business and some of my clients have been with me for over 10 years, I shop, price, cook, design menus, teach private cooking classes, create new recipes, cook on-site and serve guests from around the globe. I am very skilled and efficient in all aspects of a kitchen. My cuisine of preference is fresh island fusion. I am presently based in Maui, Hawaii (19 years). My flavor palate and experience includes SE Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese, Macrobiotic, Hawaiian Fusion, Farm to Table and Healthy Fresh Cuisine. . I can also provide detailed and original menus and recipes that I have created in the kitchen over the last decade.
