I am a culinary trained chef offering twelve years of experience from fine dining to casual cuisine. I specialize in Italian cooking, but always open to testing my culinary skills elsewhere. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my culinary talent with others. I love pairing delicious wines, bourbons, and beers with food.

Came natural and has been a career choice since 2002. I’ve never wanted to be anything else besides being a Chef.

I learned to cook at...

I was fortunate enough to cook next to my father who is from Italy growing up and after graduating culinary school I cooked with Emeril Lagasse.

A cooking secret...

I always enjoy preparing vegan and vegetarian cooking which a lot of chefs do not!
