I am a life long Artist and self-taught Wholistic Chef. I have been working professionally as a caterer, planning and executing my own menus for 13 years. I put my artistry into my cooking imbuing it with a beauty inspired by the seasonal bounty of the Big Island. As a native to this island I have a deep connection to Her seasons, however subtle. Using locally sourced, organic ingredients I create inspired meals that are as delicious as they are heart, soul and body nourishing.

Chef Anon put together a fabulous dinner and brunch! The house we rented had issues with the grill and the oven, but Chef Anon handled it with grace and efficiency. What a wonderful experience we had and I would highly recommend Chef Anon!

Had a fantastic experience with chef Anon. She arrived Parcher arrival and begin preparing our delicious meal, which was filled with vibrant colors, full flavors, and thoughtful anecdotes to accompany each dish. Everything was tailored to local Hawaiian ingredients with my family. Greatly appreciated. She also added a special spend each dish to combine fusion an Asian flavors. Afterwords her and her assistant clean up the kitchen diligently and left no work for us afterwards. We’re definitely you take a chef and because of Anon again!

Chef Anon was amazing! She cooked us a beautiful private dinner to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. She was friendly and professional and we all agreed it was one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten. We loved her passion for cooking with local ingredients and have been talking about her food every day since we ate it. Chef Anon was absolutely amazing! She listened to what our favorite dishes were and then added a local Hawaii flavor to all of it! She was very responsive to every question I had before arriving to our destination and she was so sweet when we met in person.
