A classic french trained chef, with 40 years of experience, and can cook and teach any cuisine.
I have had the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City. I also served as a private chef in Manhattan and catered to high-end outdoor events. In addition, I have worked at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Furthermore, I have experience feeding thousands of people a day at two of the top 100 corporate companies in the USA.
