Hello,
I am a professional Chef with 16 years of experience in the industry working for mostly modern European restaurants in 4 major continents namely— New Zealand, The United Kingdom, India and now in USA. I like sensing cuisines at its origins and my food is based on my travels. I would like to call my genre Euro- Asian as it respects French techniques with Asian, Mediterranean influenced flavours or vice versa. My food is thoughtful, bold and polite at the same time respecting ambience, occasion and great experiences for diners.
