I love to cook and every time I make a plate, it is with love and the thought process of me being on the plate and it is always a representation of me
I am a freelance chef/caterer, and I am ready to prove that I can hold my own in the cooking world. I have always been able to cook for a crowd. I have been doing so since the year 2000. I can cook soul food, Italian, mexican, hibachi, as well as bbq. I also specialize in making cheesecakes. I spent 5 years learning under various head chefs while working at a private TPC country club. I was able to learn some fine dining and some plate presentation.

An early age while in college at age 20 when I moved off campus and got a rental house with some classmates and realized it came to me very easy.

Making sauces. I love adding a sauce to a dish when it is needed. I can be very creative when doing this.
