With over 15 years in the culinary world and a decade of Michelin-level kitchen experience, food isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.

I started cooking at my family’s restaurant, Namsoon, in New York, where I fell in love with blending bold Jamaican flavors with American comfort. That love turned into purpose when I trained at the Culinary Institute of America, honing my technique and deepening my respect for the craft.

After graduating, I brought my skills to California, where I worked under James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein at Lugano Prive — an exclusive private dining experience in Newport Beach. There, I had the incredible opportunity to cook alongside legends like Michelin-starred chefs Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud.

My culinary journey has also brought me in front of the camera as the champion of Netflix’s Easy Bake Battle and a winner on Food Network’s Chopped. I’ve built a growing audience on social media, where over 100,000 food lovers follow my cooking, stories, and signature flavor.

Now, I’m excited to bring my passion, technique, and creativity into private homes and events — to create memorable, passionate meals that bring people together.
