Get to know me better

A sincere and generous Niçoise cuisine, born from a passion for flavor, seasonal produce, and the art of hospitality.

Alix, a self-taught and passionate chef, I was born into a Niçoise family where I was immersed from a very young age in the values of gastronomy and sharing.

As the daughter of a chef, I grew up with a love for good food and for tables that bring people together. Today, I carry on this culinary heritage while infusing it with my own sensibility: an authentic, healthy and modern cuisine, guided by emotion and generosity.

My journey led me to open a restaurant in the heart of Cannes, inspired by Italian and Niçoise flavors—a human and culinary adventure that met with great success. This experience deeply shaped my vision of food and naturally inspired the creation of my catering business, conceived as a continuation of that same spirit.

What inspires me above all is the freedom to create. Designing bespoke menus, adapting my cuisine to different locations, seasons and desires, while always remaining true to a sincere and convivial approach.

Each creation is the result of a careful selection of ingredients, chosen for their quality and freshness. My culinary approach focuses on enhancing each ingredient while respecting its nature, to offer an experience that is flavorful, generous and deeply human.
