Chef Ashten Garrett is a private chef, culinary consultant, and international gastronomic professional known for blending refined technique with wellness-driven, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. With more than 15 years of experience, he has cooked for UHNW families, elite athletes, and global clients seeking exceptional, bespoke dining experiences rooted in precision and artistry.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University (Miami), Chef Garrett has continued to refine his craft through high-level training with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Bocuse d’Or Team USA, and the Ment’or BKB Foundation. In 2025, he embarked on an advanced culinary residency in Europe, completing multi-month stages inside several 3-Michelin-star kitchens, including Osteria Francescana in Modena under Chef Massimo Bottura, Core in London, United Kingdom, and Arpege in Paris, France.
His approach centers on clean, vibrant, ingredient-forward food—balancing luxury with nutritional intention. Whether developing wellness programs, designing multi-day menus for UHNW households, or creating immersive chef’s table experiences, Chef Garrett brings a standard of excellence built on discipline, global perspective, and relentless curiosity.
