Chef Z presented a delicious meal served in an attractive manner at proper pacing. She was attentive and respectful and helpful I cannot say enough. The steak was universally viewed as the best we had eaten. And this group lives in LA, NYC, Chicago and has traveled to Argentina. When each course was served we were continually peppering her with questions on technique which she answered patiently. TY chef Z for a wonderful evening.
