I celebrate Asian cuisines while highlighting local seasonal products.

Born and raised in Thailand, Becca started cooking professionally in Los Angeles in 2018 and has developed her cooking expertise on the job and on the road. She’s cooked for a variety of dining concepts, from hotels and restaurants to private dinners and pop-ups. Her farm-to-table mindset was developed through her experiences volunteering on organic farms across the US and working at seasonally-driven restaurants such as Wickman House in Ellison Bay, WI. She gathers inspiration from trips to the farmers markets, picnics with her friends, and favorite street foods in Thailand.
