I am a well seasoned Culinary artist.

I have been a culinary artist for over thirty years, excelling in nutritious cuisine.

I started working at a young age and did my apprenticeship at the Fours Seasons Restaurant in Manhattan as assistant to the Chef, Seppi Rengglie.

I have worked in fine dinning, Yachts, upscale catering, small cafe's, corporate dinning, country clubs, and now run a school district dinning service.

I am presently seeking career change and very interested in becoming a home cook/ personal Chef.
