My food celebrates the harmony of traditional and modern techniques, seasonal local ingredients, and global flavors, driven by passion and integrity. I weave my playful style with classical methods. My food is adventurous yet intentional. I have a very diverse background, and you can taste it.
While I am well-known for my exquisite artisanal donuts when I lived on Maui, Hawaii, I am also a wildly talented Savory Chef. I won "Donut Showdown" on The Cooking Channel, and I was a fierce competitor on MasterChef Season 13 on FOX TV. In the real kitchen, however, is where I truly shine.
I am a traveler, and I cook with what is best where I plant myself.
