I’m a professional chef. I started my career at the Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles. Spent 4 years at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas as a chef at Prime Steakhouse. I am very well rounded in what I am able to cook. Mexican, Italian, Creole, Soul Food, Thai as well as traditional steakhouse style. I also do meal prep.
