Get to know me better

Classically trained chef with 25+ years of personal chef, private chef, and catering experience.

Since graduating the Culinary Institute of America in 1994, I have worked in high end restaurants, hotels, and private homes of UHNW individuals.

I opened my own restaurant and catering company in 2008 and closed it in 2015 to return to return to private and personal cheffing, which is my true passion.

I am well versed in handling allergens, gf, vegetarian/vegan, grey sheet, low sodium, and a myriad of other dietary restrictions.

I prefer to source as local and organic as possible. If you have a garden and/or back yard chickens, even better.

I learned to cook at...

at first a small Italian restaurant in my town, then formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America. I also learned a lot at The Kittle House.
