Hello! My name is Brianna, I just graduated from Johnson and Wales University with my Bachelors Degree in Baking and Pasty arts. I have been cooking since I was a kid and would help my parents cook dinner. I have been working in kitchens for about 4 years and baking professionally for one. I’m high school I won numerous gingerbread house competitions, including a best tasting award. Currently working at Persimmons in Providence which has grown my knowledge in pastry and culinary. I would love to show you my passion!
