I specialize and excell in glutenfree and healthy eating dishes.
What I lack in professional training I make up for in creativity and passion. I am a self-taught chef, specializing in gluten-free, celiac friendly, healthy dishes. It has been my goal for the past 8 years since I was diagnosed with celiac disease to learn and recreate delicious home cooked meals that were not only gluten free, but so flavorful that the entire family would enjoy. I am italian, and spent my entire life in the kitchen with my Nonna learning traditional dishes. I make my own gluten free pasta and breads that have earned rave reviews from customers. I would love to come cook a meal, or provide daily and weekly meal plans for your family.
