Guided by seasonality, intuition and beauty, I create elevated cuisine that nourishes the body and delights the senses.
Private chef, chocolatier, and culinary artist with over 20 years of experience creating refined, ingredient-driven cuisine for elite private households, high-end retreats, and intimate gatherings across California, New York, Arizona, Hawaiʻi, and Manhattan. Her work includes private chef engagements for ultra-high-net-worth families and public figures, as well as leadership roles within internationally recognized retreat and research communities.
Caitlin is known for her mastery of specialty and therapeutic dietary cuisines — including paleo, vegan, Mediterranean, raw, and custom healing protocols — creating food that is deeply nourishing while remaining indulgent, sensual, and visually exquisite. Her approach balances precision and intuition, allowing each menu to support vitality, pleasure, and restoration without sacrifice.
Previously, she served as kitchen manager and head chef for the acclaimed Resonance Project in Hawaiʻi, overseeing a high-volume, high-standard kitchen serving scientists, cultural leaders, and Nobel Peace Prize recipients. In this role, she led menu development, kitchen operations, and team coordination while maintaining exceptional culinary and experiential standards. She was also the founder of LoveMore Gourmet, a luxury vegan catering company in San Francisco, Twilight Truffles & Naramore Chocolates, and the long-running Cake Salon series (2023–present), and is currently completing her first cookbook, Cake: Her Love Language, celebrating gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free desserts as devotion, ritual, and art.
Her work is rooted in sustainability, seasonality, and an artist’s sensitivity to beauty and balance — bringing a sense of ceremony, ease, and quiet magic to every table.
