I am a personal chef with many years of cooking experience I come from a family of cooks the men and the women and my family cook really good so I got the skill early. I first started off as a self taught chef in the beginning, then I decided to take it a step further and learn more about the difference from cooking for your family and cooking for business so I decided to go to school further my cooking education and become a certified culinary chef with a certificate. Cooking is one thing, but I wanted to know the business aspect of being a chef as well. Making that step helped out in so many ways it just helped me become better as a chef.
