As a native of Paraguay, my culinary journey began amidst the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of my homeland. From a young age, I developed a deep appreciation for cooking, inspired by the love of food ingrained in my culture.

Upon relocating to Sydney, Australia at the age of 19, my passion for cooking flourished even further. Over the past decade, I have honed my skills working alongside incredibly talented chefs, mastering a wide range of culinary techniques and styles. From crafting simple yet delicious dishes to creating intricate and sophisticated plates, each experience has enriched my culinary expertise.

My approach to cooking is deeply rooted in the notion of preparing meals with the same care and attention I would dedicate to my own family. I believe that food has the power to bring people together, evoke cherished memories, and create unforgettable experiences.

Currently, I live in Marfa, Texas, where I work as an executive chef. I love creating memorable moments through private parties, weddings, and various private events, bringing a personalized touch and culinary excellence to each occasion.
