I love every part of food creating something amazing out of an array of different ingredients.
I am a professional Chef worked in the industry for 14 years now. Worked my way up through the ranks in many different kitchen, harboring a variety of different styles of food. I’ve worked in menu designing for 5+ years, including years as executive sous chef at a popular venue in downtown Austin. During this time I worked with many different types of events ranging from wine tasting to intimate dinner. I have learned how pair wines and spirits with food as well to work with many varied of different types of dietary restrictions.
