Over 30 years experience. Developed a company called HotDogHospitality.com There are no hot dogs on the menu. The name is from a 1984 ski movie filmed at Squaw Valley, California. My chef style is simple. Let the food speak. Source the best ingredients and execute. We don't overcomplicate. Come off the slopes and there is reception food while you prepare for dinner. When your ready we start cooking.
